Our thick cut French toast boast an accompaniment of local maple syrup and poached apple/raisin/walnut medley, with or without a side of crisp (baked) bacon.

Our artesian well water is Vermont's purest.

We pride ourselves on serving organic milk and eggs, whole grain breads and cereals, which make up kitchen priorities.

Choices of juice, fruit, breads and muffins round out an ordinary day's beginnings. Baked sherry omelet, Christmas quiche which we serve year round, and prize muffins are just a few of our changing kaleidoscope selections.
