About Us

Your hosts Ted and Helene have made Blue Haven a work of art in progress, since summer of 1988!

They have done all of the decorating and design work themselves, including Helene's ubiquitous oil paintings, Ted's ship and mug collections as well as their interior/exterior constant upkeep.

The one of a kind quilts, afghans, canopies, window treatments, and hand painted furnishings throughout the home are a source of ongoing delight.

OUR BLUE HAVEN GUEST BOOK dates back to a time when only the one original bath served all guests. And breakfast was served in the original large farm kitchen, which has morphed into our private family quarters.
